
This is "La Boca", a very famous tourist site in Buenos Aires. Notice all the colored buildings...that is what makes this so unique. When the ships came into the harbor the people who lived here would get paint from them and use it to paint their houses, so some buildings will be several different colors depending on the color that the sailors had on the ships. This part of the city was mostly settled by the Italians.

I was lucky enough to be invited to go to the Capital with Sister Asay and her daughters Megan and Courtney while they were here last week. Here are the girls talking to some guy in the street. Sister Asay is looking on.

Here we are having lunch together in a cute little cafe. We ordered a platter from the bar-b-que of different meats...there were bar-b-qued testicles on the plate..SICK!!!!!!!
